AN ACT
To create a new charter for the City of Flowery Branch; to repeal the existing charter
of said city and all amendments thereto; to provide for corporate boundaries; to provide
for officials, officers and employees of the city and their powers, duties and authority;
to provide for elections; to provide for ordinances and codes; to provide for the
administrative affairs of the city; to create a mayor's court and provide for the
jurisdiction, practice, procedure and personnel thereof; to provide for bonds; to
provide for the sale of city property; to provide for eminent domain; to provide for
the continuation of the present mayor and councilmen; to provide for other matters
relative to the foregoing; to provide for severability; to repeal a specific Act;
to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Georgia:
