§ 44-20. Effective within corporate limits of city.

The general constitutional Freeport exemption law as set forth in article VII, section II, paragraph III of the Constitution of the State of Georgia of 1983 (Ga. Const. art. VII, § II, ¶ III) and O.C.G.A. § 48-5-48.2 is hereby made effective within the corporate limits of the city.
