§ 29-29. Established.

A historic preservation commission is hereby established. The members of the historic preservation commission, as it existed on the effective date of the ordinance from which this article is derived, shall remain members of the historic preservation commission for the duration of their appointments or until or unless provided otherwise by the city council through appointment.
