§ 10.6. Drainage.

  • (a)

    Natural on-site drainage patterns should be used where practicable. Detain runoff with open, natural drainage systems where possible.

    (b)

    Design man-made lakes and stormwater ponds for maximum habitat value and/or to serve as amenity features. Stormwater ponds and facilities that are visible from the public right-of-way shall be landscaped with a combination of densely planted shrubs and ground cover. Any fencing surrounding a stormwater pond that is visible from the public right-of-way shall be decorative in nature.
